Perform setup for 3–5 axis CNC machines according to drawings, instructions, and production programs.
Carry out basic maintenance and routine cleaning to ensure machine readiness and optimal performance
Key Responsibilities:
– Machine Operation and Quality Control – Operate machines and ensure the quality of first and ongoing production parts throughout the process.
– Coordination and Collaboration – Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure a smooth and continuous manufacturing process.
– Routine Maintenance – Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks, and report malfunctions to the maintenance team.
– Professional Standards – Adhere to safety procedures, quality requirements, and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating CNC machining centres – Mandatory.
• Ability to read technical drawings at a high level – Mandatory.
• Knowledge of G-code programming language – Mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency – Mandatory.
